Quality Systems
Over many years Inventrix has worked very closely with the DAMAS* project in the UK,
and has incorporated several features into Labtrac products to help the laboratory
maintain the appropriate records for compliance with the DAMAS requirements.
The Inventrix philosophy has been carried forward into the Enterprise system and the
following features in Enterprise have been included to assist with DAMAS compliance:
- Maintenance of Technician Training records
- Complaint Recording and Management
- Machine Maintenance & Calibration recording
- Maintenance of Sub-Contractors register
