Invoicing and Financials

Labtrac Enterprise does not have an inbuilt Financials module, but rather links to all the major Financial Packages (e.g. Great Plains, Quickbooks, Sage, Peachtree, MAS). This means the laboratory can choose the Financial package that best suits it’s needs.

Invoices are produced by Enterprise on Case or Stage completion and the invoice records are then able to be exported to the Financial package. Enterprise also allows the laboratory to setup and maintain a full G/L analysis of Product sales, including full Remake and Discount (Markdown) analysis. This Product sales data is also available to export to the Financial package.
