DAMAS

DAMAS (Dental Appliance Manufacturing Audit Scheme) is the DLA's scheme for the independent auditing of Dental Laboratories to meet the requirements of the MDD (Medical Devices Directive). DAMAS is a voluntary scheme and Inventrix have developed, in conjunction with DLA approved DAMAS consultants, many of the requirements of DAMAS as an integral part of the Labtrac Product Set. In addition, for those Labtrac Laboratories that do not want to generate all their own documentation Inventrix offers a DAMAS module which will create the majority of the DAMAS manual - tailored to the lab as a result of the lab responses given to the Labtrac DAMAS wizard.
