Technical Help Desk
This role involves supporting customers using our own SQL Server based software package.
Tasks will include solving a diverse range of technical and non technical support issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, general knowledge of windows setup and network issues.
This position will require a candidate with excellent communication skills.
Crystal reports knowledge would be an advantage.
